Great evening at the Gathering Place for our Spring Fling 2023. Our guest speaker was Dr. Anthony Hackney of UNC’s Department of Exercise and Sports Science. His talk entitled “Testosterone: The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly” was very informative and with quite a bit humor thrown in. Jaime Detzi of Chatham Educational Foundation also stopped by to give us a brief overview of CEF’s activities and talked a bit about our Books On Break Spring Service Project. All in all a fun time socializing with our fellow Tar Heels and enjoying a great meal catered by Mediterranean Deli. As always, Go Heels!
